Halai of Clyde Boiler Installations Ltd, Scotland. All website users who contact the client shall be serviced by the Client who holds the required experience, qualifications and public liability insurance to operate as a Gas engineer in the UK. (Gas Safe Register number 49488785)

Any contract and or agreement for works carried out for website users by the Client or any 3rd party engineers working with the Client or subcontracted by the client shall contract directly with the website users. CM Assets Ltd is responsible only to the Client for upkeep and management of the website and its marketing. CM Assets Ltd is in no way responsible for any gas or plumbing or related works and does not contract with any people looking for these services who may contact the Client through this website or through other marketing. Client indemnifies CM Assets Ltd against any claims related to works that the Client carries out.
